04-02-09 Andy Taylor: Used to be a semi local here...behind the high sand dunes is a landfill site which is washed by the tide adding a certain something to the water quality!! There is also a huge metal pipe running at right angles from the beach out to sea....it can make for a nice surprise when bodydragging. Popular with surfers too and the beach gets very busy in the summer
