Works on all tides in the ocean, with varying swell conditions and has a high tide lagoon on the landward side with flat, shallow water, great for learning. Picks up more swell at the northern end.
In general 3-5 days a week with 5 Bft, all year round. Wind conditions for the ocean to the left. West to Northeast is the best wind direction for the ocean side. Southwest to North suits the lagoon.
