Nice beach with a very good restaurant (one of the most famous in the Algarve). On high tide, the beach tends to be a bit short on space but still with enough space to launch safely.
Good weather all year. Algarve has probably the best weather around Europe. Wetsuit in winter, board shorts in summer, the rest of the year a shorty is enough.
