Usually sideonshore or onshore, ranges between 10-30 knots. Very stable wind and very consistant through the season. Season goes from January to September.
From Puerto Plata, which is about 30 minutes west of Cabarete, rent a car and drive west all the way to Monte Cristi, from there head to El Morro and you'll see a sign that says La Granja to your right. Then follow the little road all the way to the spot.
