A long stretch of beach. Plenty of sand, generally free of hazards. Normally a good surfing spot 'Fence' close to the harbour wall (breaks left). Random swimmers in the middle section otherwise uncrowded.
08-04-25 Unknown: I have lived and surfed in PE my whole life and have never seen a shark at kings beach.
07-12-16 Unknown: usually works with onshore wind, i think this is a beach for learners,big sandy beach with no obstacles, its not deep and the wind usually blows from 10-20knots, didnt see any sharks when i was there (just 2months)
