Humidity is always high, even though it's easier to bear during the cold season during which the sun shines. Bangkok Airport. Get to Pattaya. Here take a bus for about 4 hours to Laem Ngop. From here about every hour a boat leaves to Kho Chang. The boat transfer takes about 20 min. White Sand Beach (Haad Sai Khao) is located in the NW of the island.
