Close to Bodrum. Drive east to Ortakent, then to Turgutreis. Here follow signs further south to Fener. It's an hour drive with a taxi from Bodrum.Edit
The kite zone is upwind, the windsurf zone is downwind. Not really recommended for kitesurfing due to limited space.Edit

06-08-29 aligator: This beach is totally NOT kite friendly. It is a windsurfers' beach where kiters are not welcome. Moreover, very gusty, with narrow beach surrounded by umbrellas, boats, swimmers and beginner windsurfers. None watching for problems on the water (if you are a kitesurfer). Take off and landing spot about 30 m wide (!)
