Small sandy beach, about 10m wide. The beach is long and packed on hot summer days. It is a beach of a camping ground, so expect many people around. Less people if you walk further south. Big grassy area along the beach with lots of space to rig and land the kite. Lots of stones on the beach, which make walking very unpleasant. Also when entering the water about 5m very slippery stones, be careful and wear shoes. To the north will be boats on the beach, be careful.
High summer on warm days shorty, otherwise always wetsuit needed. From spring to fall a wetsuit with short sleeves should be fine on normal days. Winter a thick wetsuit, gloves, boots etc. Very cold, but ridable.
Get to the island Fehmarn. Cross the bridge and take the first exit and follow signs to Landkirchen. In the center of Landkirchen follow signs to Neujellingsdorf. Then drive to Lemkenhafen and then to Gollendorf. Now follow signs to Sulsdorf and then to Puettsee. At the end of Puettsee turn left following the signs to Fluegger Strand. Park in the camping ground area, this is your closest access to the beach. You will be charged for parking. Walk to the south of the ground to get away from the people and swimming zone.
