The southeast swell when it becomes perfect for kitewave known by the locals as "Direitas do Campeche" which means right breaks of Campeche, with wave as big as 2.5 to 3m (8 to 10 ft).

During spring/summer NE winds are the most frequent, from 14-25 knots, and fall/winter S and SSE are the most frequent, from 14-35 knots, works fine with the southeast swell.
During the summer setup and launch/land kites only beyond the small river (Riozinho) to avoid crowd of people, other times no restrictions. There is an air compressor to setup kite freely, parking place (free of charge during winter and end of fall), and during spring/summer a restaurant is available.
