Perfect lake spot at East or West with sideonshore winds. Mostly very gusty. Many days with 2-3 Bft, good days are 4 Bft with gusts up to 6 Bft. And a few days with 5,6,or 7 Bft with gusts. You have to look at weather forecasts regularly, and if you have a job with flexible working time you will have many (for this spot) kiting days in one year, I would guess 30 or so are possible.Edit
