Nice, open area for launching. Sandy beach which can get crowded with kites and beach goers. On busy days spots can be found a short walk south that won´t be so packed. The beach backs onto a busy road only 100m downwind. Important - no kiting north of the swimming enclosure near the big hotel (Novotel - Bay St Brighton). This is too close to the airport and you may find the water police on your case.
