The beach is bigger than 10 kms long which means that even in August theres an ocean of space. Tourists are packed in the end of the city limits leaving the virgin parts of the beach unoccupied.

Very consistent thermals during half the year and as many as 70-80 days kiting in winter with northern and southeastern winds. If advanced you can kite with western winds extremely strong offshore winds with incredible flat water.
1.5 hours from Athens, accessible by motorway and coaches. Probably the best spot in eastern Peloponnese. No more than 5 locals riding daily! During summer season perhaps as many as 20 kites.
