Enough room to land and launch kites. The `beach` is not really a beach suited for normal bathing - since it is so shallow close to the shore. The rigging area is a mix of sand, shells and grass. Sometimes a little crowed. Very few tourist and bathing guests.
You will probably find kitesurfers here all year round - but the `normal` season will be between April/May till October. Bring a full wetsuit. In the summer a short sleaved wetsuit is fine.

Sometimes gusty wind. Especially when the wind comes from Northwest. This spot will work in westerly winds, which is the dominant wind direction in Denmark. Often less wind during summer. In West wind the best place in Copenhagen.
20min south of Denmark´s capital, Copenhagen, most Southwest point on the island Amager. Look for roadsigns with "Kongelunden" and "Sydvestpynten". The airport is at the southeast side of this island.
