With low tide there is a big beach where you can also mountainboard or blowkart. In summer there can be a lot of tourists on the beach but usually not in the water.
The water temperature in summer is around 20°C. In Winter it's cold, around 4°C. The season starts in April and ends in November. In winter you can kitesurf but it is cold.
The most easy way is by car. There is enough space to park your car. You can also come by bus from Goes, where the train station is. You will find the nearest airport in Brussel (Belgium) or Schilphol (Amsterdam).
