During summer the SW wind blows. Fall to spring mainly NE winds with cold fronts. After 2-3 days with SW winds, the wind switches to West winds, which don't work well here.

Follow C.R. 618 across Route 9 onto Butler Blvd. Make a right onto Bayview Avenue and then left onto Brennan Concourse. Park straight 1/2 mile.
