The local kiting crew will not allow dangerous kiting. We value our access greatly and surfing was banned for 20 years and we fought our asses off to get it back. 6. The local kite crew are a great bunch of guys that will also welcome newcomers as long as they have safe practices. 7. Use Designated Launch/Landing sites:
