During last November (end of the season for Lakey Peak) one of our local crew of kiters had 5 out of 5 days of 20-25 knots of wind there when in Lakey was no more then 6-8 knots. Quiet a drive, but when in Lakey wind is marginal it can offer a valid alternative.
