Winds are not at all predictable as to when we are going to get them. Sometimes you can get 3 days in a row, sometimes you wait 2 weeks. Best and really only winds you can ride are SW to SSW and WSW which are pretty much onshore. Other directions if they occur are gusty and not steady as the area is surrounded by tall trees and a hill.

Follow Main Street until Ross Rd. Turn right onto Ross. Drive to the end of that street and turn left. Drive about 10 min and you're there. It's the small beach before the provincial park, Lawrencetown Beach. There are other ways but this is fastest and easiest. From Halifax it's about 30min.
