Windy season starts in December (NE wind), but February is probably the best time to be there, because then the wind is guaranteed and comes from the East. Simply turn off into the entrance of the beach ground. There is shabby looking restaurant with a big yellow-red sign that you can see from the street as well. Follow the track for another 200m. Watch the potholes!
