Harvey Cedars is excellent for Southwest, West, Northwest and South winds. On a SE, S and SW, there is a place called the Terrain Park, 2-4 tacks upwind of Sunset Park. Best wind directions are SW (strong thermals), SE, S (very good), W (very choppy), NW, N and strong NE.
