During the summer Perth gets the Infamous 'Fremantle Doctor'; `The Most Consistent wind in the World`, making it ideal kitesurfing conditions. Its just like clockwork, coming in between noon, and 3 pm. Giving you somewhere between 15-25 knots (average) a day. You maybe able to get some days in during the winter time, however with Strong, Gusty, and Squally winds, it maybe difficult. Not to mention the Rain.
