The swell will provide you with perfect ramps to boost off of. The Kings Beach kiting scene is unmatched, providing beautiful blue water, and gorgeous mountain views. There are hazards such as submerged rocks, boats and buoys.

Be cautious of people and children on the beach. Ask for help. The launch is a nice sandy beach but small. There are houses directly down wind of you. There is no room for error when launching here. There is a really nice grassy area to blow your kite up and then it's a very short walk to the beach.

Follow signs to Kings Beach take a right at the traffic light and immediately turn into the left turn lane and make a left into the new Tahoe Recreational Park. There is a really nice grassy area to blow your kite up and then it's a very short walk to the beach.
