In the morning Pelér starts at about 6-7am and blows from the North of the Lake until 10-11am, it's a great wind (15-30 knots) for good and advanced kiters, it depends in which area you want to go out for kiting and you can find good waves, it's a little bit gusty. In the afternoon Ora starts at about noon to 1pm and blows from the South of the Lake until 5-6pm, it's the best wind (15-20 knots): very steady. Sideshore: NNW and SSE.

You can arrive at Milano airport and the go to Brescia and you are 25 km far from Garda Lake. Then you've also lots of train and bus connections all over Italy. There are ferries to cross the whole Lake. The highway to major cities starts 20-40 km away from the lake.
