This is a tunnel under the Tokyo Bay that goes directly to Chiba at "Kisarazu-Kanada". Once at "Kisarazu-Kanada" drive south to "Kisarazu" and then continue southwest to "Aohori". From "Aohori" drive west to "Futtsumisaki" and park on the beach. By train go to Kisarazu on the JR Keiyo or Uchibo line. From there go by bus or Taxi.
