Not 'kite beginner friendly', there are lots of palm trees and you are close to the main avenue so launching is tricky. Not without leash, the street is too close! Avoid onshore winds. Do not ride inside the swim zone buoys, ride out beyond them and stay out there until time to come in. This launch has stronger winds when out of the SW. SW winds are also gusty coming off the land to the west and frequently contain squalls. Kiters have been lofted and injured here. Watchout for bad weather, land and secure before it hits.
