There are a lot of other water sports going on in the area as well which you need to watch out for. Beautiful water with flat and choppy water and shallow areas. Shoes are recommended due to the reef. Tidal beach.

Trade winds are normally out of the East at about 10-20 mph on Guam. Best wind is during the months of September thru May, but there are winds pretty much year round.
