| 07-07-10 17:22 Pointe Jerome Toby: no wind during the last days. Only light on Sunday with max 14 knots for a short while. Locals say it is not normal during this time of the year with so many light wind days. Sun and clouds in a mix. Clothes: shorts and t-shirt during the day, at night long pants and a thin pullover can be helpful. |
| 07-07-06 06:51 Pointe Jerome Toby: On the 4th the wind came in the afternoon. On the 5th the wind came around noon, a bit up and down. Got weak around 4pm, then back stronger until sunset. Mainly clouds, a bit of sun. |
| 07-07-04 19:41 Le Morne Toby: the wind came around noon. Kites with 6-12 sqm were used. Wind about 20 knots increasing to 25 in the afternoon with the rain coming. Sun, in the afternoon clouds and rain showers just before sunset. People had everything between shorts and shorty. |

| 07-07-01 10:16 Pointe Jerome Toby: Yesterday the wind was weaker during the day, but picked up in the afternoon and got stronger 1 hour before sunset, making it a very nice session. The wind was more onshore, so coming further from East. Look out though, with the sun being lower it is harder to see the reefs and rocks, so be sure to know where they are located. |
| 07-06-29 23:38 Cap Malheureux Toby: Went out with a 16 today, but I was partly very powered. I would say about 16-23 knots. The wind was a bit up and down, due to some short rain showers passing by. The waves outside were up to 2m high. High tide was at about 1pm. Nice and flat downwind of the small islands. Cloudy weather. Shorts with a long sleeve lycra where a bit fresh in the afternoon. You can ride with shorts or shorty, depending how your prefer it. |
| 07-06-29 23:19 Pointe Jerome Toby: Good wind yesterday, kited with a 12 sqm kite. The wind was strong in the morning, a bit weaker around noon, and stronger again in the afternoon. It was cloudy, and once the sun came out, the wind got weaker. The wind was a bit gusty. I kited with a neoprene body and a neoprene long sleeve shirt on. Closer to shore the water is colder, warmer a bit out. You can wear something in between shorty and shorts.
Today the wind was about the same, but a bit weaker it seemed. |
