Take A57 and exit to Alpen, here take B57 and B58 towards Xanten. Follow signs to the Nordsee and Wardt. The spot is at the Niebelungen Bad. A big parking lot is just 100m away from the spot.

To surf on this lake you need a surf license. If you have a license, you have to pay 5 Euro for a day pass, and 3 Euro if you come after 17:00. A yearly pass costs 80 Euro and with gear storage in Wardt 126 Euro.
