Very nice, long and sandy beach, plenty of space for launching. In summer it's crowded and could be restricted.

With West wind (Poniente) good spot for kitesurfing with middle sized waves, sometimes good waves. With East wind (Levante) good spot for windsurfing with very small waves, if strong winds could be choppy. In spring and in summer constant termal of 16-18 knots most of the days.

From Puerto de Santa María drive towards Cádiz direction and you will find Valdelagrana, drive to the beach and you will find the place left of the beach looking seaward. Drive further south to get to the West facing part of the beach.

In summer check with the locals for rules. If too packed, go further south down the beach.

Edit  Nightlife Puerto de Santa Maria is great in summer, in winter is OK on weekends.
