Saudi Arabia dress code in public. Lagoon is secluded, so no problem with dress code there. Best to camp overnight as winds are best in the morning plus a long drive. No amenities - this is a desert site, so bring camping gear. Coastguard drives past now and then, so have your paperwork ready.
