Fly to George Town on Great Exuma. From George Town take a water taxi over to Chat'n Chill, everyone knows it. They even have their own water taxi. But expect to pay around 10 USD for the transfer (round trip).
Edit
Extremely friendly and nice people. Be nice and they will help you with everything. Very safe island. Great place to hang around and have good food. Tricky ride with the boats close by, therefore recommended to experts only.
Edit
Some small bars on Great Exuma, rather quiet island.
