Park at the east end of field 2 towards the lighthouse. Walk along the beach towards the lighthouse which is a Federal Beach which means nude sunbathing and no rules against kitesurfing.

04-02-25 Big Mike: Kited here many times.....before the rules where enforced. Now, park rangers will either stop you or consfiscate equipment. Many non state beaches close by that allow kiting. Go there.
