From Wiesbaden drive south and cross the Rhein river. Follow signs to Budenheim. Here get onto the Rheinstrasse and before the water you will find a parking lot to the left. The spot is about 120m further west. You can also go to the beach further east, behind the industrial area, here you will find a sandy beach.Edit
