Typical condition is South wind, 10-15 knots, that usually happens in the winter afternoons. SW is the most consistent wind, S, E and SE are lighter. W is rare. NE, N and NW are strong but too gusty (most not `kiteable`).
"Represa Guarapiranga" is located near "Autódromo de Interlagos" (Race Track - Brazil F1 GP). Best directions by car are Marginal Pinheiros, Av. Nações Unidas, Av. Interlagos. Follow the signs.
The clubs have following rules: 1. kite safe. 2. use a kite leash. 3. watch out for the boats. You pay a fee of about US$ 13 a day at the clubs, rescue included.
