From Rotterdam take the A15 and take exit 12 `Rozenburg`. Then on the B57 towards Ouddorp/Middelburg. Then drive to Renesse and get on the Brouwersdam. Follow signs to Kabbelarsbank. Coming from FRenesse to the right next to the dam. Just look for windsurfers and park anywhere at the bay (parking fees).
