It's a big bay open on to the west. Really good to start the kite in a safe place. The tide is very important, you kite 2.5 hrs before and after the hight tide. Water level is between 50cm and 2m. No wave (no more than 30cm), it's flat. Nice at high tide but a long walk at low tide. Plenty of windsurfers around.
The temperatures depend on the season: from October to March air about 8°C and water 10°C. From March to August: air 15-30°C, water 13-18°C. September: air 23°C, water 20°C. Winter wetsuit during winter. A shorty during summer.
