Barnegat Bay is a shallow body of clean water with most areas waist deep. Glassy flat water behind an island and peninsulas for jibing, with huge ramps breaking on a sandbar for expert bump and jump. Kitsurfers use the far North point. Watch for hidden objects in the water.
