The summers are usually long and dry, and the winters short and mild. The average number of solar hours per year at the seaside is 2500, and the extreme case is with Ulcinj with 2700 solar hours annually. Off-season surf is possible, but a wetsuit is needed.
From airport to Ulcinj by car or by bus. But from Ulcinj to the spot a car is best solution. Also possible if you do not go with airplane. Go to Bar with ferryboat from Bari or Ancona (Italy) and than with car or bus to Ulcinj. It is 5km south from Ulcinj.
