The spot is very dangerous with winds stronger than 6-7 Bft. Excellent spot for the Northwest after 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon.

Follow roads to La Rochelle, and after Rochefort, Marenne and Royan take the beach road. You'll enter a big forest, and stop at the La Pointe Espagnol parking. Walk some minutes in the sand and climb one dune.
