Perfect half crescent bay, with all type of conditions: perfect flat water slalom on the southeast end, bump and jump in the middle, 1-2m waves on the north part of the bay.
Sunny and warm, air 35°C and water 30°C all year long. No wetsuit required, only solar protection. Best season is from September to January. Rainy season February to June.

July to January is most windy season with an average of 20-25 knots, with peaks in August and September that can hit 25-30 knots. Rainy season (February to June) has less wind.
Icaraizinho (officially called Icarai de Amontada) is a tiny fishing village. Located 125 km northwest of Fortaleza. There is a bus service from Fortaleza. You can drive there but get a good map and some directions from locals. And the last 40 km are on sand roads.
