32km² north shore lagoon. The lagoon offers exceptional conditions for beginners as well as advanced kitesurfers since it is shallow with a soft sandy ground and without currents. Beginners will find their first steps very easy in the absence of waves, current and the need to swim. Advanced kiters will find it easy to train and dial-in their favorite tricks in these laboratory conditions. Any kiter may simply walk back to the shore throughout the whole lagoon. Knee to hip deep. Mirror-flat up to 15 knots. Very small chop in 15+ knots. No obstacles apart from a small wooden rowing fisherman boat here and there. A wave spot is just ahead of the lagoon. Fine strip of sand, 200m wide, dividing lagoon from open sea. Approx. 5 min ride across the lagoon.

08-03-08 Unknown: Really nice place for kite. Flat here is great. Wind is much more stable then on the south side beach. People from Globla kite is very friendly. We was there in January.
