Water
Type:
- Shallow
- Flat
Hazards:
- Mole
- Rocks

Quality:
No Information
Best Tide:
- Tide Independent

The water is excellent for flat water. You can edge perfectly, specially for loading up for jumps, and carving is fun. Stronger westerly winds can push the water out of the bay so it can be very shallow (about 20-40cm). The spot doesn't have tides.

Size:
- Small

Hazards:
- Rocks
- Road
Beach crowds:
- None

There is a mole about 200m long with lots of stones. No real beach. Parking lot is very small and should be used to pump up the kite due to the stones at the dam. No sand, really small launching area. The safest is to launch and land in the water.

Edit  How to get there
Transport:
- Car
Access:
- No Walk

The spot is in the north of the "Flensburger Foerde" (Germany), just close to the German-Danish border. From the E45 (Germany A7) two exits from the German border or 2 exits before the German border to Sonderborg. Follow the road about 25 km over a bridge and when you see a twin church tower you will drive down a small valley and uphill again. Almost on top of that hill make a right to Brunsnaese and the museum. Follow the road until you only can drive right or left. Here you make a left and follow the signs to Brunsnaes and the museum. There should be another right turn and then you will see the sign to the museum. Here you make a right again and follow the road to the museum and to the water. Where the street meets the water you will find the mole and the spot.
