Condition are quite choppy with some waves breaking on the shore, stronger the wind bigger the waves gets. There are even some guys surfing mostly with long board. The water is shallow for the first 50 meters and the bottom is sandy. Specially good on Northeast wind as perfect sideshore and good waves.
Specially good on Northeast wind as perfect sideshore and good waves. With over 140 km of coast that get the strength of the Northeast Monsoon, the prevailing wind between December to March in all of South East Asia. Thanks to the inclination of the coast the wind is mostly sideshore with few degrees from the sea depending on where you choose to ride. Also nicely situated appear that the Northeast monsoon doesn't get as strong as other places in Asia but if you are passing by during these months better not to forget your board and a big kite at home. Sideshore ENE and WSW.
