On light wind days very little waves, but the stronger the wind the bigger the waves get.

Huge, sandy beach. Very long and wide. Hard sand further up, soft sand closer to the water. Extremely CROWDED on weekends. Better during the week. Be very careful using this beach.

Always sunny with daily rain showers during summer. Strong sun, make sure to wear sun protection. In winter it can get quiet cold, specially on stronger North winds, then a thin wetsuit or shorty is good. Normally just shorts needed.

Nice winds with fronts. Be aware of sudden storms, then the wind can be very strong and gusty. The wind can shift within minutes, watch the sky. Summer usually lighter winds.

From Miami drive to Miami South Beach. In South Beach drive north on Collins to 23rd Street.

South beach is kinda banned for kitesurfers, you must launch/enter on 23rd St. You can't keep your kite up on the sand. You must stay behind the swim buoys. Extremely CROWDED on weekends. Lifeguards are not particular kiter friendly. Right now they let you kite at 23th street.
